In October, SDMC participated in two major telecom events: Futurecom in São Paulo, Brazil, the largest telecom event in Latin America, and Network X in Paris, France, a leading event bringing together the international fixed-line and mobile communities. At both events, SDMC unveiled its upgraded "Matter+AI" One Home Solution, which spans Smart Connectivity, Smart Entertainment, and Smart Home.

The highlight was the AX3000 Mesh Router with Matter Gateway, which supports the Matter 1.3 standard and is compatible with Thread protocol, ensuring seamless connectivity for smart home devices. Built on the OpenWrt platform, it offers flexible customization options,  while PrplMesh technology ensures seamless Wi-Fi coverage with self-organizing and self-optimizing capabilities.


As the demand for smart living grows with the expansion of smart home scenarios, SDMC has introduced its “Matter + AI” One Home Solution. This solution integrates SDMC’s self-developed AI home assistant, Cedar, which is powered by Google’s Gemini AI model and seamlessly connected with SDMC’s XHome AI platform. By leveraging Matter-compliant IoT gateways and the XHome AI platform, the solution enables cross-platform interoperability between smart home devices from various brands. Users can easily control their smart home devices via voice commands or the XHome App, greatly enhancing the convenience and intelligence of their daily lives.
